At Big Trees MD, unlimited virtual care means you can text, call, email or video chat with
Dr. Concepcion as much as you need to. If you need after-hours care, members are asked to call only if it cannot wait until the next business day. The need for in-home care will be determined based on medical need; the review of lab results, for example, does not typically require an in home visit.
For children, Dr. Concepcion promotes staying on the recommended schedule of vaccines but
she will work with parents and guardians who are vaccine-hesitant
to come up with plans they are comfortable with.
For in-home vaccination, Dr. Concepcion can do this for members who have private insurance. If your child is a beneficiary of Vaccines for Children, Dr. Concepcion is not allowed to administer vaccinations and she will work with member families in this circumstance.
Dr. Concepcion DOES NOT MANAGE CHRONIC OPIATES.
*Primary service area is within 10 miles of Big Trees MD.
For additional in-home visits: within 15 miles, in-home visit fee is $150; within 25 miles, in-home visit fee is $175.
Cash pay price for an urgent care visit locally is around $250 minimum.
In-home visits will not be possible if inclement weather or unavoidable safety concerns exist.
